Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive public school team in Poulsbo, Washington for the 20252026 school year. This role is primarily in-person, working with K12 students to support their functional performance and participation in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct OT services to students in individual and group sessions
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and program planning
Train and consult with staff to promote carryover of skills across school activities

Qualifications

Valid & active Washington State OT license (Required)
Active OSPI fingerprints clearance
US citizenship required for district compliance
Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Teaching Certificate in Occupational Therapy (Required)
Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
